A support answer is easier to follow when the next step is visible. Capture the relevant window or region, add an arrow and number the steps. Copy the result into your reply without making a hosted link or uploading the original capture. When the problem needs more context, the full unlock adds guided scrolling capture and screen recording. Build a long image from overlapping frames, or record a short walkthrough with your microphone. Use labels and click highlights to explain an action, then trim out the waiting. OCR lets you copy text from an error dialog without retyping it. Your captures remain local, so you choose what leaves the Mac. Review the exported image or video before sharing it, especially when working around customer accounts or sensitive information.
