What macOS already does well
Capture a display, window or region. Copy to the clipboard or open the floating thumbnail to edit. Record a display or region with microphone audio. Selected-window recording is available in macOS 26 or later, and Apple documents system-audio recording in macOS 27 or later.

Where Snapmodo fits
